Belonging and Beyond: Shaping an Empowering Path in Adult Online Learning with Doctoral Candidate Emily Spranger and Dr. Amy Lyn

You have your warm welcome letter and introductory video posted to your online course room, but what else can you do to boost belonging and increase learner agency? Join doctoral candidate Emily Spranger and Dr. Amy Lyn for an interactive workshop at the crossroads of social-emotional learning and self-determination in the adult online course room. We will explore practical strategies for building online environments that support well-being and enhance learner success. Note: Compensation for part-time faculty attendance is available. Following the session, part-time faculty who attend the workshop will be provided information explaining how to record their time so that they can be compensated for attending.
