Turnitin

Brightspace

Turnitin is a tool used by students and faculty to assist with academic integrity. Instructors may choose to activate Turnitin on some written assignments within Brightspace. If Turnitin is available for an assignment, students simply submit their work and then review their similarity report.

In Brightspace, the instructor can enable students to submit a draft of their assignment prior to the due date, review their similarity report, and revise and resubmit their their work to improve it before it is graded.
